私はいじめを受けてたり、母との仲があまり良くなかったりと色々ありましたが車田先生の聖闘士星矢を読んで「自分もこういう風に困難に立ち向かわないといけない」という一心で様々な困難に勇気を持って立ち向かうことができました。

高校の時、ビートエックスに出会い、それがきっかけで大切な友にも出会えました。

息子が生まれた時、(漢字こそ違いますが)氷河の名前を勝手ながら使わせていただきました。
その息子も中学生になり、同じクラスの友人の名前が星矢なので、本当に車田先生の影響力を感じます。

私はリアルタイムで車田先生の作品を見たことはありません。
知人に連れられて行ったパチンコで、たまたまリングにかけろと出会い、そこから先生の作品を読ませて頂いています。
本当にリングにかけろが大好きすぎて、いつか子供が出来たら黄金の日本Jr（特に石松）の名前をつけたいなぁと考えています。笑
リングにかけろは私のバイブルです。この作品に出会い、今までの人生で私に足りないものは何なのか、気付かせて頂きました。

何十年経っても色褪せることなく、私たちの世代でも魅力的に感じることのできる車田先生の作品は素晴らしいとつくづく感じております。
